Ongoing Search Service Support
Once the service is prepared and launched, IT.com will continue to provide support services aimed at ensuring the high quality of service for Business Gateway users described in this document. Ongoing support from IT.com includes:
Usage Analysis, Quality Tuning, and Software Upgrades
IT.com will perform such analysis of search queries and user behavior as it deems necessary in order to provide a high quality of service to the Business Gateway. This ongoing process also includes deployment of any improvements to our algorithms or underlying technology that we may develop that are pertinent to the Business Gateway functionality.
System Operations, Maintenance, and Support
IT.com will maintain any underlying hardware and software, including operating systems, that are required to deliver the Search Service. This maintenance includes any operating system patches and software upgrades required by the system.
Search Operations
Ongoing search operations include crawling and indexing the search corpus, algorithmically refining topic definitions, and adding new documents to the corpus index as they are discovered.
